The Lake and Mendocino Counties’ Resource Directory for Older Adults is a printed and online directory packed with resource information specific to the needs of the counties’ older and disabled adult population. 

The nearly-100 page directory is produced through a joint effort between the Senior Information & Assistance Program of Community Care and the Area Agency on Aging of Lake & Mendocino Counties. 

Note that priority for inclusion in the directory is given to services offered by nonprofit service providers, by public entities, and by providers (regardless of for-profit status) whose service meets a need where there is a scarcity of available resources. Inclusion of other resources is considered on a case-by-case basis. Inclusion or exclusion of any provider or agency is at the discretion of the Community Care and the Area Agency on Aging and does not imply endorsement or a lack thereof.
